Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with those rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Malta. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief or injunctions from the Maltese courts.
Governing Law
