Enriched Air Nitrox (SSI)

Overview
The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox program teaches how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen.

As described by the Sailor, diving with enriched air can:

• Increase no-decompression limits

• Increase safety

• Reduce required surface intervals compared to air

Certification outcome
Upon completion, participants earn the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

Options
This Experience can be completed with or without dives, depending on the selected Quest.
